The Ponte Vedra Woman's Club is a 501(c)3 charitable organization run entirely by volunteers. We work hard raising funds at our events throughout the club year, which runs through the end of May. In the spring of each club year, our scholarship recipients are announced and our selected charities receive their donations. We have formed long-standing relationships with some of the charities that we work with. From time to time, our members also donate specific items needed by charities. This can take many forms from filling the holiday wish lists for children at one or more of our charities, to collecting school supplies, clothing items, or baby needs, for example. We also organize outings to support local charities by providing volunteering services. PVWC chooses charities every two years to support. The next selection will be made at the beginning of our 2026-27 club year. Stay tuned for details. A large, dedicated, fun-loving, and charity-minded committee works diligently to collect and review applications. | JUNE 2024 - MAY 2026 CHARITIES Betty Griffin Center: Shelter and services for victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. While our standard scholarship award is typically $3,000, the incredible efforts of our Ways and Means Committee this year have allowed us to go even further.
